Never Get tired in the Fight of Faith

Do not let your heart grow weary, over the stress and fatigue of the battle or the fight of faith. Below are some scriptures that will encourage you in the fight of faith.

Isaiah 41:10
Fear thou not; for I am with thee:
be not dismayed; for I am thy God:
I will strengthen thee;
yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings as eagles;
they shall run, and not be weary;
and they shall walk, and not faint.

Phillipians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Ephesians 1:19-20
And what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, Which He wrought or worked in Christ, when he raised Him from the dead, and set Him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
That is exciting, the same power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead is in you as you believe that word and declare the living word of God over circumstances that would try to destroy you, your family, your loved ones, your job.

Eph 3:16
That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man;To be fortified (empowered) with the power of God, is not just an increase in internal resources. I like what Paul said in Col.1:11-14 Strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

The victory does not depend on our wealth of knowledge; but with power of God, according to the measure of His glorious might, the power of God himself and nothing less.

His Conquering Power is In You

Eph. 6:10-20
Finally church, let your hearts be strong in the Lord Jesus Christ and in His conquering power, or by the strength of His mighty power.

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against all the tricks of the devil.

For the adversaries with whom we wrestle are not flesh and blood but they are the principalities and the powers the rulers of this present darkness, the spirit of evil in this present world.

Wherefore take up with you to the battle, the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand them in the evil day and having overthrown them all, stand on the field of battle unshaken, the victor, having overthrown them all.

Stand therefore girded with the belt of truth, and wearing the breast plate of righteousness and Shod as ready messengers of the glad tidings of peace: and take up to cover you the shield of faith wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.

Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Splendid armor rather than whole armor is probably a better choice of words. A full array of Armor that incites fear in your enemy the devil.

Mustard Seed Faith

Mustard seed faith is small, but even though it is small, it will move a mountain, a mountain of circumstances. It will put you over in every circumstance life can throw at you.

There was something in the face of Jesus that caused the leper to cry out, “If You will, You can make me clean.”

There was something in the face of Jesus that made the centurion say, “Lord, speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.”

There was something in the face of Jesus that made faith spring up in the heart of the woman with the issue of blood. She said, “If I can but touch the hem His garment, I will be made whole.”

Keep His word always before you; keep your eyes on Jesus and faith in God will bring freshness into your life every day.

Matthew 17:14-20

Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?”

So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”

Jesus said all we need is faith as a grain of mustard seed and we have mountain-moving faith.

Mark 11:22-24.

So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

A mustard seed is the smallest of all seeds, yet it may be the hottest of all seeds. It teaches us that small though it may be, it has life in it.

Give it the right environment, a little water and sunshine, and you get a mustard plant!

There is ZOE Life in you:  eternal life, divine nature. You are called a new creature. The possibilities you possess are limitless.

You have the word of God:  He is the light of the World.

Christ the Risen Lord lives in you. John 8:1

The Holy Spirit dwells in you:  He will teach you.   John 14:15-17

You have the measure of faith.   Romans 12:3-4

You are the righteousness of God.  2nd Corinthians  5:17-22

2nd Peter 1:1-4

To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ:

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

So nothing stands between you and the victory that Christ bought and paid for in full – for you.

What we need is faith that is active, alive, and vibrant. It doesn’t have to be great faith.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God – coming out of your mouth.

The Faith of Jesus

Faith is as fundamental as breathing.

John 6:28-29

Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”

If you have faith for a job, you will get it. If you have faith for the money to pay the rent, it will come. We receive exactly what we have faith for.

In fact, you have all the faith you need. You were given the measure of faith in the new birth.

Romans 12:3-4

For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

John 14:22-33

You remember how much faith Peter had. When the Lord said to come to Him on the water, Peter stepped right out and walked on water. However, before he had gone very far, something happened to him and he began to sink, because he got his eyes off the face of Jesus and he saw the waves, noisy and boisterous filled with power (energy).

He knew in the natural that this was a precarious position, so he lapsed right back into the natural when victory was within his grasp.

So why did he fail? He took his eyes off the face of Jesus and looked at the circumstances.

For example, you ask God to lead you to the job you want and to help you with the interview. You seem to have faith sufficient for the task at hand, and then you start thinking about all the jobs you’ve applied for but haven’t gotten. You think how you need to go to the grocery store, and to pay the light bill. You think of all the people who need work. By the time you get through thinking of all the circumstances, faith is gone and you don’t get the job.

It is not the amount of faith you have that counts. Many people have faith, yet their prayers go unanswered.

 They don’t use what they already have.

What we need is faith in action. It doesn’t have to be great faith.

You need to put your faith to work for you!

There is Authority in Throne Life

There is Authority in Throne Life

There is a self-originated imitation of Christ. Having never seen water spread so far, I looked out for the first time upon the ocean and I thought of the unfathomable riches which participation in Christ holds for the believer like you and me.

I was not simply speechless. Like Saul of Tarsus, or Paul who fell to the earth blinded by the heavenly vision, I must confess that when I first contemplated the phase of participation which we are about to consider, I staggered.

Could it be that even this, Christ’s ascension, was mine? Not hereafter, but now? Do I dare mount this fiery chariot and like Elijah be swept into glory? Does the Word of God actually teach such a thing? And how could I be upon earth and yet with Christ in the heavenlies?

SauI believed, and now I know. “Faith is more than sight,” as Hudson Taylor was accustomed to saying. “It is the substance of things hoped for.” We come actually to possess the very substance, the pith and the marrow, of these unseen realities. Hebrews 11:1

We are made not only partakers of Christ’s death and resurrection, but of His very ascension. As Paul puts it, we were “made to sit together in the heavenlies with Christ Jesus” (Eph. 2:6). Jesus states the case in His High Priestly prayer, which had as its object this very union of which we are speaking, in these words: “I in them, and You in Me… Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory.” That He had in mind His going to the Father is evident enough, for He had already said: “Now I am no longer in the world… but now I come to You.”

By faith He was already taking His place at the right hand of the Father. He was returning by the way of the cross, the empty tomb and ascending — actually returning to the throne He had left.

And by faith He was taking with Him those who form His mystical body. The heavenly Bridegroom was placing the bride at His side on the throne.

Believers and Christ are one. Therefore, the Savior could say: “And You have loved them as You have loved Me.” For this purpose Christ came: to graft into Himself a new stock; as Son of Man to constitute Himself — head of a new race.

Ephesians 2:1-10

And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

What tense did you say that was

In our text: Exodus 15:26 The tense of the word Healeth is continuous present.
Then in Isaiah 53:5 we find we are already healed, “by His stripes we are Healed.”
Peter affirmed Isaiah In 1 Peter 2:24 “by His stripes we are Healed”

You may have pain and every symptom as well, even the appearance.Yet Christ is within you, the source of all Life and health, “In Him was life” John 1:4
He is the author and the fountainhead of every kind of life you need.

Seven Redemptive names of God
Jehovah is distinctively the redemptive name of God; and in His redemptive relation to man, Jehovah has seven names which reveal Him as meeting fully every need of man from his lost state to the glorious ending of a completed redemption. Physical healing can be clearly seen in each of the seven.

Jehovah-Jireh. “The Lord will provide” (Gen. 22:8). Our first need was a perfect sacrifice, and that God provided by giving His Son, the spotless Lamb of God, to bear our sins and sicknesses on that cruel of calvary.

Jehovah-Rapha. “The Lord that healeth” (Ex. 15:26).

Jehovah-Nissi. “The Lord our banner” (Ex. 17:8-15); Christ is the Lord who fights our battles for us when Satan would attack us whether in spirit or body.

Jehovah-Shalom. “The Lord, our peace” (Judges. 6:24). Only one who is in perfect health, physically as well as spiritually and mentally, can be kept in perfect peace; and Jesus offers Himself to us as our peace, “He is our peace” (Eph. 2:14).

Jehovah-Ra-ah. “The Lord is your shepherd” (Ps. 23:1). The physical well-being of the sheep is the shepherd’s responsibility. He applies the healing balm from his horn of oil to the sores and bruises. Jesus, the Good Shepherd, heals those who are His.

Jehovah-Tsidkenu. “The Lord our righteousness” (Jer. 23:6). Righteousness, or “rightness” for spirit, soul, and body, all three of which God teaches us to pray may be preserved blameless until Jesus comes for His Church.

Jehovah-Shammah. “The Lord is present” (Ezek. 48:35). The same Jesus who healed all who were oppressed by the devil is with us today.

As our sustainer of Life He is Present.
He is our food, He is necessary food.
As we learn to feed on Him, we will begin to walk in divine health!

Israel andPassover
John 6:54
Whoso eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, dwells in me, and I in Him.

Acting in faith, in receiving the bread and the cup results in the operation of the Holy Spirit in us to strengthen us in the inner man and to Heal our physical body.

When the children of Israel left Egypt there was not one feeble one among them,
there was not one sickly one among them.

Since life and healing are in Christ and Christ is in you, then Life, zoe life or life as God has life, is in you. You are In Him and His healing power is in you.

God works the Night Shift
I had an uncle who lived in Fairland Oklahoma, no indoor toilet or bathtub, He worked very hard, we used to come from Albuquerque, New Mexico to help at harvest time. I remember those days like they were yesterday.
We got a letter one day that his truck fell in a hole and was lost in a pool of crude oil in the night, the next day he was a multi-millionaire.
Never did he pipe water to the kitchen sink.
There was never a bathtub or a toilet in their home.
As far as we ever knew he never spent one dime of that money and we never knew how much he had.
There was no need to know.

Some things you need to know about His healing power
Realize first it is yours, Jesus purchased your Healing with His blood, on the cross.
Build a clear conviction with the Word of God, of His healing power within you.

I used to think that faith was believing something was true, that was not true, that is not true. Hebrews 11:1 things spoken may or may not be seen, however they are true.
Faith is the acceptance of a fact which already exists.

When you were born again you were wired up with resurrection life just like a building is wired up, there is electrical wire all over the place you can’t see it but it works for your good.
To illustrate: in a building there are many wires and cables that are full of electricity; but you do not see it nor experience any manifestation of it until you turn on the switch. It would be difficult to explain to people who have had no experience with electricity that electric current is even now throbbing in the wires within the walls.
Until the switch is turned on it is not visible, but it is there and you know it is there. That is faith in the unseen—a conviction of a fact which exists but which has not yet been manifested to the senses.
When you are born again, you are “wired up,” connected with the dynamo of resurrection life which first manifests itself in the spiritual or unseen realm. Just as turning an electric switch sends electrical current, which is already within the building, flowing through the light bulb and banishing darkness, so faith, which is turning on the switch—making the contact that sends resurrection power, which is already within you, flowing into your body and banishing symptoms of disease.

Life and Healing are available now
Although the life is there, although the health is there, it will do you no good if you do not realize that it is there for you now.
If someone were to place one thousand dollars on deposit for you, it would do you no good until you were convinced that it was there for you, that it was in reality yours. It could be there and be legally yours but it would be of no benefit to you if you were not convinced that it was yours. No matter by what right it is yours, it would still be of no value to you until you were fully convinced of its presence there. Many a man has been rich who did not know it. ” And of every real saint it truly can be said, You may be suffering, you are nevertheless healed; you are well and don’t know it, and you will feel well when you become thoroughly convinced that you are healed because you have health and everything you need when you receive Christ.

Building a Clear Consciousness
When Christ is there and the consciousness of His presence is clear, the next step is to build a clear consciousness, to build conviction of the fact that healing is already yours. And that is faith. Faith is “the evidence of things not seen” (Heb. 11:1). Mind you, that although the “things” spoken of are not seen, they nevertheless do exist and faith is becoming convinced that they do exist.
I used to think that faith was believing that something was true which was not true and that such believing would make the thing come true. Believing that something is true which is not true will never make it true. Faith is the acceptance of a fact which already exists but which has not yet been manifested to the senses. That is what Paul meant when he said that faith is the evidence or conviction of things not seen.

Positive Contact
In order to get results in the electrical field it is necessary to have a good contact. You do not have to take out a foot of the wire in order to break the contact and stop the flow of power. A very small bit of corrosion or a thin piece of paper between the switch points is sufficient. When your automobile lights have failed or your motor has refused to start, you have sometimes discovered that the reason was corroded battery posts. The battery was throbbing with power but the machine was totally disabled by an almost imperceptible film of corrosion. In the realm of divine healing, it is just as necessary to have a good contact. In fact, that is the whole problem. Very small, almost imperceptible acts of self-will are often sufficient to break the spiritual circuit and stop the flow of power from its hidden source within, to the body cells or circuit. The slightest reservation or an unforgiving spirit may, make it impossible for you to develop the clear, vital conviction or unwavering faith without which, James tells us, we may expect nothing from the Lord (James 1:6, 7). A positive contact is necessary.

Switching on the Power
When you know you are born again; when you are sure that you are walking in the light; when there is nothing to dim the consciousness of the abiding presence of Christ within you; when you are thoroughly convinced that that Presence is His healing Presence and Conqueror of all disease—then you are ready to “switch on the power.” And this is very simple.
You do it by speaking the or your “word of faith,” by claiming or affirming that which is already a fact. As we said before, faith is not believing something that is not true. It is not telling a pious lie. It is the acceptance of a fact which already exists in reality but which has not yet been manifested to the senses. “Faith is the evidence of things not seen”—things which nevertheless exist in reality. Faith sees and accepts the fact as true, turns on the switch by the spoken word—that is, acting upon the reliability of the fact, and witnesses the manifestation of the fact.
The order is: Fact, faith and then Receive the manifestation. Realize the fact first, increase your realization of the fact by speaking or declaring it, and then you will feel it in your body. You turn on the switch by affirmation or declaration.
‘Turn a promise of healing into an affirmation and keep declaring it until you are fully convinced of its reality, until you believe it in your heart without wavering; and you will see that your symptoms will disappear. There is power in the spoken word to clarify and strengthen faith. You discovered long ago that every time you testify to some spiritual experience, that experience is strengthened. Speaking your word of faith, audibly declaring the truth of the fact, will strengthen your faith in that fact; it will make the truth so clear and real to your consciousness that a positive contact will be made through which the resurrection power, although unseen but abiding within you, will become manifest in your body.

Strengthening the Contact
You have heard of how a person has told a lie so often that they came to believe it themselves. If a person, by the spoken word, can convince themselves of the truth of a lie. You and II can by the spoken word, convince ourselves of the truth of a fact which has its basis in the unfailing Word and promise of God?

Jesus said, “I am the vine, ye are the branches” (John 15:5). We know that the life that is in the vine is likewise in the branches. Therefore every truly born-again child of God has a perfect scriptural right to say, notwithstanding contrary symptoms, “Because I am a branch of the true Vine, therefore your life is my life; and I am made perfectly whole.” Paul says in 1 Corinthians 6:15, “Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ?” In Ephesians 5:30, “For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.”

God’s Word Is Reliable
Perhaps you are still wondering how you can say that you are healed when the symptoms still remain. Although, to all appearances, the sun travels around the earth, yet because the writer of your geography says that instead the earth rotates toward the sun, you utterly ignore the testimony of your senses and accept the word of the geographer. I remember how skeptical I was when I first read that the sun did not actually travel around the earth every twenty-four hours? And yet we now accept this word and boldly declare that it is true although even yet, to all appearances, the sun does circle the earth. Will you refuse to place as much confidence in God’s Word as you do in geography?
When God says, “I am the Lord that healeth thee,” Ignore the symptoms which are appearances only; believe the reality which is Christ’s life within you; turn on the switch by affirmation, declaration, testimony and praise; and you can prove for youseIf that the healing power that is already within will manifest itself in your body.

When His Testimony Becomes Yours

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. Luke 4:18-19 nkj

Isaiah knew something about Jesus and His declaration of kingdom power, I am sure of one thing as Isaiah 61:1&2 became the revelation the Father meant it to be, Isaiah felt the power of those words in His heart and as He declared them He was
strengthened by these words.

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me;
because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek;
he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives,
and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,
and the day of vengeance of our God;
to comfort all that mourn;
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion,
to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning,
the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
that they might be called trees of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified. Isaiah 61:1-2 nkj

When His testimony becomes yours, your world will change as well as the world around you, your heart will thrill as it becomes more and more one with the heart of Christ, what a joy, declaring the good news.

The Spirit of the lord is upon you!

Justification and Regeneration

Justification by faith is a legal term, which finds the sinner before the bar of God, not guilty, Regeneration, has to do with what takes place in our heart because of justification. Justification is the foundational truth, of God’s provision of salvation for guilty and lost sinners.Justification, has to do with being declared righteous in the eyes of God, Regeneration, is Gods answer to the problem of spiritual death, justification, is gods answer to the problem of guilt.

Justification is; when you find yourself guilty, a sinner and standing before God to receive your rightful sentence and instead of being condemned you are pronounced not guilty. Justification is more than forgiveness or pardon for sins committed, it is the removal of guilt and condemnation, I believe justification is putting to your account, the perfect righteousness of Christ. “But of Him are you in Christ Jesus, who of God, is made unto us wisdom righteousness sanctification and redemption” 1 Corinthians 1: 30 for he hath made to him to be sin for us who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God and him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 kjv

Justification includes our deliverance from punishment, as well as our acceptance as righteous in the sight of God. Justifying the sinner, God placed us in the position of a righteous child of God, in fact as though we had never sinned.
This is what God’s Word says, ”this is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them and their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.” Hebrews 10:16,17 kjv

Pardon or remission of sin be it known unto you therefore men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins : and by him all that believe are justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.” Acts13:38,39 kjv

“In whom (In Christ) we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.” Ephesians 1:7 kjv

“And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, has He quickened together with Him, having forgiving you all trespasses.” Colossians 2:13 kjv

So because, all of our sins are forgiven it follows that the guilt and punishment of those sins are also removed. One of the biggest problems in our society today has to do with the rehabilitation of those who have served time for a crime committed, even though the debt to society it is paid,it is still difficult for that person to Find his or her place in the community again. John 3:36 Romans 1:18 kjv

Try this one on for size, “much more the then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” Romans 5:9 kjv

Thank God that his grace is so abundant that we are received into his favor as though we have never broken his law.
“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: by whom, we have access By faith into this Grace where in we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” Romans 5:1,2 kjv

“But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared not by works of righteousness which he had done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that being justified by his grace, we should be made errors according to the hope of eternal life.” Titus 3:4-7 kjv

The parable of the prodigal son is probably the best place to learn about Justification and Regeneration, in Luke 15:22-24 kjv the father says to his servants, bring the best robe and put it on him, put a ring on my boy’s hand, get him shoes for his feet and bring that fatted calf we been feeding, kill it let us eat and be merry for this my son was dead and is alive again, he who was lost is found. And they began to be Merry. This restoration is confirmed by many to be one of the best texts to explain to someone the doctrine of Justification it is more than remission of sins or acquittal. The justified man or woman is more than a discharged criminal he is restored to the position of one who is righteous. God treats him as though he had never sinned.

Some scripture text has been modified it is not an effort
to translate, only to better understand the word of God.
